Sponsorship

Sponsoring or hosting a PeopleSafe program is relatively easy. All of our programs are hosted on site or at a site arranged by you or your organization. Here are the steps you need to take to bring a PeopleSafe program to your group or organization:

  1. Decide which program you want to host.
  2. Determine whether you want to have your program during the day or evening.
  3. Determine which day of the week is best to host your program. Have at least one alternative day.
  4. Identify possible start dates. Have at least three dates in mind.
  5. Each program has to have a minimum of 10 participants or if less than 10, the flat rate fee is assessed.
  6. Find a location to host your program. Allow 30-40 sq ft per 2 participants.
  7. Call us at 828.890.8058 to schedule an appointment to meet.
  8. Collect all fees and have a single check ready for the first session of your program.
  9. Start program.
